Castle Place Shopping Centre and St Stephens Place were bought by Legal & General in June 2010.
Since then, Legal & General has shown its commitment to Trowbridge by investing in a major refurbishment of Castle Place Shopping Centre.
Planning permission for a major town centre regeneration of St Stephens Place was granted in February 2012.
St Stephens Place Leisure Park will incorporate a state of the art, digital, ODEON multiplex cinema, an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel and a range of family-focussed restaurants, cafes and bars, all within a sensitively landscaped, riverside setting.
Leadbitter Group were appointed lead contractor in May 2012 and St Stephens Place Leisure Park will open in October 2013
